4D Ultrasound

We have top of the line equipment that offers 3D and 4D imaging for OB patients during their 20 week ultrasound. 3D/4D ultrasound is not a standard prenatal test. 3D and 4D ultrasounds are just like normal ultrasounds still using sound waves to create an image of your baby in the womb. The difference is 3D ultrasounds create a three-dimensional image of your baby, while 4D ultrasounds create a live video effect, like a movie so you can watch your baby smile or yawn. Afterward, you will receive a disc of 3D images and 4D clips to take home. Although, keep in mind that 3D and 4D ultrasounds are not typically used to diagnose problems with your baby, and the baby may not cooperate with us at the time of the 20 week ultrasound, but we will try again at a later date.

Mammography

One of the Midwest's finest ACR accredited and FDA approved mammography facilities, the Kearney Clinic Mammography Center provides patients with personalized attention and care that is second to none.

We are proud to expand our service to offer tomosynthesis, or 3D mammography--the newest and most advanced technology in breast cancer detection. An optional service for mammography patients, tomosynthesis can offer better visualization for radiologists by increasing the resolution of the images and aiding in the early detection of breast cancers. WedMD states "Researchers found that 3D mammography, used along with standard digital mammograms, bumped up breast cancer detection rates by more than 40%".

All mammograms are performed by registered radiological technologists who are also certified in mammography. Each patient can be confident they are getting the most complete and accurate test results possible. To make an appointment, please call 308-865-2141.
