Kearney Clinic Financial Policy
- We do our best to accommodate patients' insurance and payment needs; however, patients are ultimately responsible for all charges whether or not they are covered by insurance
- Kearney Clinic attempts to keep fees competitive while still maintaining quality care. Patients without insurance are requested to pay for the charges on the day of service.
- Patients who have in-network insurance are to pay their co-pays on the day of service. Insurance coverage is not a substitute for payment.
- Any balance carried beyond 60 days is assessed a 16% finance charge. No balances should be carried beyond 90 days without prior arrangements made with the Credit Department.
Our knowledgeable business staff is available to address concerns and offer assistance to patients needing payment options.
